Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 24th February 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28th February 2000, SARAH LOUISEDICKINSON, of 4 Nightingale Park, Hawthorn Lane, Burnham Beeches, Buckinghamshire SL2 3SN, single and a British citizen by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the surname of Reakes and assumed the surname of Dickinson. 28th February 2000.
