Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 20th October 2000 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 20th November 2000, AKOSUA SEWIAH OSEWIA PARIES-OSEI, of 33 Stafford Cripps House, Lillie Road, Fulham, London SW6 7RX, a British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Barbara Amanda Osewia Osei-Hwireeh and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Akosua Sewiah Osewia Paries-Osei.
