DAIRY PRODUCE QUOTAS REGULATION 2000 (S.I. NO. 2977)

The Intervention Board Executive Agency, acting in accordance with Regulation 30a of the Dairy Produce Quotas Regulations 1997 (as amended), hereby gives notice of the records to be kept by hauliers of cows’ milk who, being relevant persons, are subject to the requirements of those Regulations: details of all quantities of milk or milk products collected on behalf of purchasers, showing: the time and date of collection of each producer’s milk; the time and dates of sampling of each producer’s milk; the identity of the producer; the volume of milk collected (i.e. copy of tanker receipt if applicable); the identity of the purchaser; the volume of milk delivered, and the name and address of each reception site; the sources of milk on each tanker; details of any equipment malfunction. Such records shall be kept for a minimum period of 3 years, starting from the end of the year in which they were drawn up. This notice supersedes all previous notices. H.
