POYSER PENSION SCHEME
Pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, any person who believes that he or she has a claim against the Trustees of the Poyser Pension Scheme (the Scheme), which is in the course of being wound up by reason of his or her own or a relative’s or any other person’s full or part-time employment is hereby required to send particulars in writing by 3 January 2002, of his or her claim or entitlement to the Administrator of the Poyser Pension Scheme, 2 Victoria Centre, Nottingham NG1 3GL. The Trustees will distribute the assets of the Scheme among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to those persons whose claims and entitlements they have notice and will not be liable to any other person.
