TRIDENT ALLOYS RETIREMENT PLAN

The Trustees of the Trident Alloys Retirement Plan (the “Plan”) hereby give notice that the Plan commenced winding up on 1 December 2001. The Trustees intend to distribute the assets of the Plan among all persons entitled to benefits from the Plan as at the date it commenced winding up. Anyone who believes that they are entitled to a share of the assets of the Plan and who has not already notified the Trustees of the Plan of their claim to benefits, should write to Mr A Donald, Trident Alloys Limited, Alloys House, Willenhall Lane, Bloxwich, Walsall WS3 2XN, within two months of the date of publication of this advertisement, setting out details of their claim.
