In accordance with section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972, Southwark Council hereby gives you notice of its intention to dispose of an area of public open space at the above property. The project will involve the swapping of approximately 70 square metres of public open space, in exchange for approximately 70 square metres of private land, along the south eastern boundary of the park, to smooth the boundary line of the park with the adjoining land. There will be no net loss of open space to the park.
