BURIAL ACT 1853

Notice is hereby given that representations have been made to Her Majesty in Council by the Secretary of State for the Home Department that burials should be discontinued in the following places of burial and that Her Majesty in Council was pleased on 17 December 2002, to order that such representations be taken into consideration by a Committee of the Privy Council on 29 January 2003:

1. St Andrew’s Churchyard, Wroxeter, Shropshire;
2. St Bartholomew’s Churchyard, West Witton, Leyburn, North Yorkshire;
3. St Peter’s Churchyard, Woodmansey, East Yorkshire;
4. St Lawrence Churchyard, West Wycombe, Buckinghamshire;
5. St Mary’s Churchyard, North Witham, Lincolnshire.
