and Laurence Russell Respondent To: The Creditors in each of the Insolvency proceedings
set out in the Schedule below. Take notice that on 27 February 2003, by an Order of
His Honour Judge Weekes QC in the above proceedings, Mr Laurence Russel (“Mr Russell”)
licensed Insolvency Practitioner in the firm of Albert Goodman, Mary Street House,
Mary Street, Taunton, Somerset TA1 3NW, was appointed supervisor, in place of Mr Ian
McIntyre (“Mr McIntyre”), licensed Insolvency Practitioner also in the firm of Albert
Goodman, in each of the Insolvency Proceedings set out in the Schedule below. The
reason for the Order is Mr McIntyre’s retirement from the partnership of Albert Goodman
and the desirability of ensuring continuity of management of the affected Insolvencies.
Any individual Creditor may apply to the court in the above proceedings within fourteen
days of this advertisement for re-consideration of the removal of Mr McIntyre and
his replacement by Mr Russell, provided that any such application should only be made
