Constitutional Policy Division Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QT 7 August 2003 The Queen has been pleased to approve the re-appointment of Michael John Marshall, Esq, CBE DL, as Vice Lord-Lieutenant for the county of Cambridgeshire to act for Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant during his absence from the county, or through sickness or other inability to act. The appointment takes effect from 6 August 2003.
