Notice is hereby given that, by a Deed Poll dated 5 August 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 August 2003, Charles Ogochukwuka Nduka, of 3 Howard Road, Stafford ST17 9EW, divorced and a British citizen, under section 7(1)(a) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the names and surname of Bede Chukwuelozie Achike and assumed the names and surname of CHARLES OGOCHUKWUKA NDUKA.
