Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 24 February 2004 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 31 March 2004, HELEN JANE MATHER, of 5 Rylands Court, Barton Street, Beeston, Nottingham, divorced a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 1, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the forenames of Alan John and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the forenames of Helen Jane instead of the forenames of Alan John so as to be at all times called, known and described by the name of Helen Jane Mather exclusively.
