Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 22 September 2003 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 17 March 2004, I, ARTHUR JON FENN, of 88 Willoughby Road, Kingston, Surrey KT2 6LJ, single, and a British citizen by virtue of section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the names of Turner/Hobbs and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Fenn.
