Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 22 January 2004 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 23 September 2004, Maria Omaira Pareja, of 25 Chadworth House, Green Lanes, London N4 2PB, married, a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981, section on behalf of my son who is a minor formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Throw and have assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Pareja instead of the surname of Throw so that my son is to be at all times called, known and described by the name of KEVIN PAREJA exclusively.
