Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 21 February 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 21 February 2005, FLOYD KNIGHT, of 1025 Harrow Road, Sudbury Hill, Wembley HA0 2SS, married and a British citizen, abandoned the name of Alvin Roy Lawrence and assumed the name of Floyd Knight. 21 February 2005.
