Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 21 March 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 March 2005, NICOLAS WILLIAM FRANCIS BRISCOE, of 8 Tyson Place, Grosvenor Street, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 0JQ, who is single and a British citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name Nicolas William Francis Gray Rudrum and assumed the name of Nicolas William Francis Briscoe.
