Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 22 July 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 12 August 2005, JADSTONE MARTYN-LEWIS, of 287 Walton Road, West Molesey, Surrey KT8 2JN, divorced and a Commonwealth citizen by virtue of section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Johnson Martin Lewis and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Jadstone Martyn-Lewis.
