Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 1 November 2004 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 13 October 2005, ANIA JANE GROGAN, of Court Gate Cottage, Manor Road, Eckington, Pershore WR10 3BH, single, a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 11(1), formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the surname of Blackshaw and has assumed and adopted and intends on all occasions to use and subscribe the surname of Grogan instead of the surname of Blackshaw so as to be at all times called known and described by the name of Ania Jane Grogan exclusively.
