Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 12 September 2005, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 19 December 2005, Donna Lesley Weatherall as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said REBEKKAH WEATHERALL, who is a child single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Hallett and assumed the name of Weatherall.
