I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll dated 8 December 2005 and enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL, on 20 March 2006, I, Sallyann Roberts, of 3 The Gardens, Brookmans Park, Hertfordshire AL9 7UL, the mother of GRACE ELIZABETH MARY SPICER ROBERTS, a British citizen renounced, relinquished and abandoned the name of Grace Elizabeth Mary McAfee and assumed the name of Grace Elizabeth Mary Spicer Roberts.
