Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 25 April 2006 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 8 May 2006, MARIO SHEHAB, of 105 Buchanan Gardens, London NW10 5AA, a British citizen under section 6 Schedule 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the former name of Mounir Ali Chehab and assumed the name of Mario Shehab.
