Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 28 February 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 28 February 2007, Abigail Elizabeth Middleton (nee Brown, formerly Morgan), as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said NOAH EMERY MIDDLETON, who is a child, single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Noah Emery Morgan and assumed the name of Noah Emery Middleton.
