Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11 July 2005 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 12 March 2007, LASCELLESREID is single/married/widowed/divorced, and a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Lascelles Smart and assumed the name of Lascelles Reid.
