Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25 April 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 26 April 2007, DOREENAYESHA ELIZABETHSHEPHERD, Flat 8, 1 Bridge Close, Showell Green Lane, Sparkhill, Birmingham B11 4JF, is single, a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Doreen Elizabeth Shepherd and assumed the name of Doreen Ayesha Elizabeth Shepherd.
