Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 January 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 February 2007, FRANKMOHAMMEDSINCLAIR, 7 Meadow Brook Close, Lostock, Bolton BL6 4HX, is single, a Commonwealth/British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Frank Mohammed Squire and assumed the name of Frank Mohammed Sinclair.
