Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 31 May 2007, and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 31 May 2007, LLOYDGEORGERICHARDS, 135 Lincoln Road, Northwood HA6 1LB, is married, a British Citizen under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of George Lloyd Richards and assumed the name of Lloyd George Richards.
