Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 3 September 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 7 September 2007, DARWIN ANTHONY BLEACH of 1 St James Mews, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 8AN, who is single and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Darren Anthony Bleach and assumed the name of Darwin Anthony Bleach.
