Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 11 December 2007 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 15 January 2008 Renato Santucci of 74 Lansdowne Road, Chalfont St Peter, Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire SL9 9SR as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said BELLA SANTUCCI-CHANCHAI who is a child single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Bella Chanchai and assumed the name of Bella Santucci-Chanchai.
