Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 25 April 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 24 June 2008, Debra Ann Abbotts, as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said AARON WILLIAM BAKER, who is a child single, and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Aaron William Abbotts and assumed the name of Aaron William Baker.
