That Daniel Raglan, of 172 Cottenham Park Road, London SW20 0SX, is married, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Daniel Waniewski and assumed the name of Daniel Raglan;

That Martin Raglan, of 37 Holland Avenue, London SW20 0RN, is single, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Martin Waniewski and assumed the name of Martin Raglan;

That Hubert Raglan, of 9 Holland Avenue, London SW20 0SX, is single, a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Hubert Waniewski and assumed the name of Hubert Raglan.
