Notice is now given that by a Deed Poll dated 6 October 2008 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Supreme Court on 7 October 2008, Damien Paul Davies, of 13 Clearwell Court, Bassaleg, Rhiwderin, Newport NP10 8JX, renounced and abandoned the name of Damien Paul Alcock and in place thereof assumed and intends to use on all occasions the name of Damien Paul Davies, Damien Paul Davies is single, Damien Paul Davies is a British citizen under the British Nationality Act 1981 section 11(1).
