Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 7 November 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 November 2008, Richard Oliver, Bishops, Deerness, Orkney KW17 2QL, is single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Richard Payne and assumed the name of Richard Oliver.
