Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 5 January 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 5 January 2009, Daniel Luc Jackman, 18 Denmark Road, London N8 0DZ, is single and a British citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Daniel Luc Harris and assumed the name of Daniel Luc Jackman.
