Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 4 December 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 30 January 2009, Benedick Arthur Raikes, 89 Highbury New Park, London N5 2EU, is married, a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Benedict Arthur Raikes and assumed the name of Benedick Arthur Raikes.
