Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 6 December 2008 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 20 April 2009, Rebecca Claire Partridge, of Flat 1, 8 Millennium Drive, London E14 3GH, is single, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Rebecca Claire Sheldon and assumed the name of Rebecca Claire Partridge.
