Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 2 September 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 9 September 2009, Stephanie Louise Williams, of 18a Hawbush Rise, Welwyn AL6 9PN, is divorced, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Stephanie Louise Hayden and assumed the name of Stephanie Louise Williams.
