Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 6 July 2009, Sophie Anne Hosgood, Holms Farm Barn, Penyturnpike Road, Dinas Powys CF64 4HG, is single, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Sophie Anne Toozer and assumed the name of Sophie Anne Hosgood.
