Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on, Sundeep Kaur Bagri, 43 Buckingham Grove, Kingswinford, West Midlands DY6 9EA, is single, a Commonwealth/British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Sandeep Kaur Bagri and assumed the name of Sundeep Kaur Bagri.
