Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 16 July 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 23 July 2009, I, Femi Dallilia Reid, of 378 Brighton Road, South Croydon CR2 6AL, divorced, a British citizen under section 11(1) renounced and relinquished and abandoned the name of Femi Dallilia Barlow and assumed the name of Femi Dallilia Reid.
