Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 30 July 2009 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of England and Wales on 31 July 2009, I, Tasfa Jacob Tafari Wilson, of 174 Glenarm Road, London E5 0PN, is single and a British citizen by virtue of section 1 of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Tasfa Jacob Tafari Smart and assumed in lieu thereof the name of Tasfa Jacob Tafari Wilson.
