Changes of Name

I hereby give notice that by a Deed Poll enrolled at the Central Office, Royal Courts of Justice, Strand, London WC2A 1LL on 14 June 2010, I, Lisa Williams of 173 Bryntirion, ynysboeth, Mountain Ash CF45 4PJ, the mother of Kaysie Ann Williams, an unmarried child and a British citizen by birth renounced and relinquished and abandoned the name of Hughes and assume the name of Williams under Section 1 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981.
