Notice of change of office holder

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by Order of the High Court of Justice granted on 3 February 2011 the following changes in office holder were made:

 A creditor of any of the insolvent estates identified above shall have liberty to apply within 28 days of the date of this advertisement to vary or discharge this Order.

In the case of each Bankruptcy and Liquidation where there is a creditors’ committee, it can require an account of the outgoing office holder’s administration of the Liquidation (as the case may be) and administration of the Bankruptcy (as the case may be); where there is no creditors’ committee, an individual creditor of the relevant company or individual can apply within 28 days for an Order that an account be given of the outgoing office holder’s administration of the Liquidation (as the case may be) and of the administration of the Bankruptcy (as the case may be); and the costs of complying with a request of the committee or creditor for an account of the outgoing office holder’s administration should be an expense of the relevant insolvency proceedings.

The outgoing office holder will be entitled to apply to the Secretary of State for his release 42 days after the notice has been advertised; and the creditors have the right to object and make representations to the Secretary of State in respect of the outgoing office holder’s release within 28 days after the notice has been advertised.
