Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 26 January 2011 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Senior Courts on 2 February 2011. As persons having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Temitope Opeolu Matthew Sowemimo-Coker who is a child single and a British Citizen under Section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Temitope Opeolu Sowemimo-Coker and assumed the name of Temitope Opeolu Matthew Sowemimo-Coker.
