Notice is hereby given that by a Deed Poll dated 18 May 2011 and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 22 July 2011, Angela Hyacinth Lynch, of Flat 2, 101 Albert Road, Aston, Birmingham B6 5NE, single and a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Angela Hyacinth Redmond and assumed the name of Angela Hyacinth Lynch.
