Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated and enrolled in the Supreme Court of Judicature on 31 May 2011, Collette Alyson Gay, Cloisters Beaudesert Lane, Henley in Arden, Warwickshire B95 5JY, is married, a British citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Collette Alison Gay and assumed the name of Collette Alyson Gay.
