Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 May 2011 and enrolled in the Central Office of the Superior Courts as person having parental responsibility on behalf of the said Shantell Allison Mears who is a child, single and a Commonwealth citizen under section 11 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Shantell Allison Salmon and assumed the name of Shantell Allison Mears.
