Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 19 April 2012 and enrolled in the Supreme Courts of England and Wales, on 24 April 2012, Margaret Ann Melrose, Pennypot Cottage, Pennypot Lane, Chobham, Surrey GU24 8DG, is Divorced, a British citizen under section 11 (1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Margaret Ann Helman and assumed the name of Margaret Ann Melrose.
