NOTICE FOR GAZETTE FOLLOWING BLOCK TRANSFER ORDER
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order of the District Judge Obockiin the Chancery Division, Manchester District Registry, Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ dated 18 June 2012. (“the Order”), Jonathan Timmis of J M Marriott & Co ( North West) Limited be removed from office on the following cases, and Andrew Poxon of Leonard Curtis Recovery be appointed as Insolvency Practitioner in his place.
The Order grants permission to each creditor of each estate to apply to vary or discharge the Order within 21 days of receipt of this notice.
