The lawful successors to The Right Honourable Francis Thomas de Grey Earl Cowper and the present trustees of the Settlement dated 24 October 1870 made in consideration of the marriage of The Right Honourable Francis Thomas de Grey Earl Cowper and The Right Honourable Katrine Cecilia Cowper (formerly Katrine Cecilia Compton) of an intention to sell the land comprised FIRSTLY in an Indenture dated 9 April 1887 made between The Honourable Henry Frederick Cowper (1) The Right Honourable Francis Thomas de Grey Earl Cowper (2) Aaron Burrows George Wilson William Banner Robert Vickers Joseph Holmes Charles Chamberlain Edmund Walker Benjamin Goddard John Watson Job Wilcockson (3) and The Reverend William Durance (4) and SECONDLY in an Indenture dated 2 June 1904 made between The Most Honourable William George Spencer Scott Marquis of Northampton and William Henry Glenfell (1) The Right Honourable Francis Thomas de Grey Earl Cowper (2) George Wilson Robert Vickers Benjamin Goddard Job Wilcockson William Cooke Samuel John Simpson John Smith Edward Braithwaite Charles Simpson Thomas Kirk Walter Braithwaite George Mills William Spencer John Booth Joseph Gibson William Kirk Arthur Gregory Luther Braithwaite Arthur Chambers (3) and Reverend Henry Land together comprising the land in the above title number.

A response is required in writing within one calendar month from the date of this Notice signifying a desire to purchase the land as identified in the above referred to Indentures.
