ZOO LICENSING ACT 1981 FORM OF NOTICE OF INTENTION TO APPLY FOR A ZOO LICENSE (NEW ZOO’S AND EXISITING ZOO’S SUBJECT TO A DIRECTION UNDER SECTION 6 (1) (B) OF THE ACT)
We, Phillip Gooden and Emma Gooden of The English School of Falconry here by give notice that in not less than 2 months after the publication of this notice, I intend to make an application to Bedford Borough Council to operate a proposed Zoo at Herrings Green Farm, Cotton End Road, Wilstead, Bedfordshire MK45 3DT.
A written notice of the intention to make application for a ZOO license, giving details about the proposed ZOO has been sent to and can be viewed at the said Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AP between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm.
