What is this notice?
- Advertises the granting of a pipe-line construction authorisation
- Advertises where the secretary of state feels a prospective pipeline scheme applicant is unlikely to have a negative impact upon the environment
- Advertises the detail of a pipeline applicant's EIA application, environmental statement and any further information
- Advertises a licence to search, bore for and get petroleum that has been granted by the secretary of state where he/she has made regulations that have been made by statutory instrument, specifically noting the name of the licensee and the situation of the area in respect of which the licence has been granted
